Our misting systems are powered either by a direct drive or pulley 1000 PSI pump that atomizes water into fine droplets down to 10 microns or less. It is this mist that ‘flash evaporates’ by the surrounding hot air and lowers the ambient temperature in the cooling area by up to 20 degrees F. The pump is connected to an ordinary water supply and pressurizes the water to 1000 PSI before it is forced through the nozzle heads to create the cooling effect. Small work and patio areas require one or more of our 20 or 24 inch fans. 20' inch fans can cover approximately 250-300 Sq. feet, and the 24 inch fans can cover approximately 500 sq. feet or more.

Aero cooling systems are used for outdoor and open areas, while air conditioning units are used indoors.

A Mosquiteer Aero-Mist system takes advantage of the natural laws of physics. Our misting fans and pumps all carry a full 100 day exchange warranty. Due to the nature of the product we cannot offer a longer warranty, however, our fans have been running for years, with proper maintenance, without trouble.
